Monthly Service plans

Whether you’re a startup, growing business, or established company, we offer affordable accounting solutions tailored to your specific needs.

Our goal is to give you peace of mind that your accounting and tax affairs are kept up to date, while you focus on your business operations. All packages include personal professional support from me and can be adjusted as your business evolves.

Onboarding fee

We charge a once off onboarding fee to get all the nitty gritty out the way, and this will be calculated after we determine what your needs are during our initial meet and greet, but will include some or all of the following:

New companies

  • Registration of company
  • Appointment of representative with SARS
  • Linking of company to e-filing
  • Registration for PAYE
  • Registration for UIF and registering employees at UIF
  • Registration for WCA
  • Assistance with setting up of Sage Accounting

Existing companies

  • Assessment at SARS to see if everything is up to date
  • Assistance with getting the company compliant
  • Any arrear bookkeeping or accounting needed
  • Assistance with setting up of Sage Accounting

Non VAT registered companies

Starting from R1750/ month

Basic compliance plan for business with a turnover of less than one million rand

Includes:

  • Annual financial statements
  • Bank reconciliations and Sage support
  • Company tax returns
  • Provisional tax returns for the company
  • Personal tax return for director
  • PAYE returns
  • UIF returns
  • PAYE reconciliations and issuing of IRP5
  • WCA return of earnings
  • CIPC annual return
  • Beneficial Ownership returns
  • Up to 5 payslips per month

VAT registered companies

Starting from R3000/ month

For businesses with a turnover above 1 million rand

All plans include:

  • Annual financial statements
  • Bank reconciliations and Sage support
  • Company tax returns
  • Provisional tax returns for the company
  • Personal tax return for director
  • PAYE returns
  • UIF returns
  • PAYE reconciliations and issuing of IRP5
  • WCA return of earnings
  • CIPC annual return
  • Beneficial Ownership returns
  • Up to 10 payslips per month
  • VAT returns
